1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.


2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 11-14 business days
    We always provide tracking info once your order ships.


3. How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly through the chat section on our website.


4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn clothing in original condition with tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Return Policy for full details.
Note: Final sale and swimwear items are non-returnable.


5. Do you accept exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@everkeal.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the USA and Canada. Stay tuned as we expand to more countries in the future.
